Template:ArticleKikaider Masaru Komyoji (光明寺 マサル, Kōmyōji Masaru) is Mitsuko's younger brother. He searches for their father alongside his sister and idolizes Jiro like an older brother. Towards the end, he begins to suspect Jiro of killing their father (episode 39) and receives the Death Whistle from Saburo. Despite initially intending to hand Jiro over to the police, he decides to believe in Jiro after hearing his heartfelt plea not to live under suspicion.
