Mad Machine is the second episode of Android Kikaider: The Animation. It features the animated debut of the Side Machine.
Synopsis[]
After the rhino robot is destroyed, Mitsuko tries to get answers from Jiro about her father, but he knows nothing. After consulting her fathers computer, she learns that if she is unable to repair the incomplete GEMINI system, she must terminate Jiro. This causes hidden mistrust among the two which comes to a head when Professor Gill uses his flute to make Jiro go berserk and try to kill Mitsuko.
