Cap (キャップ, Kyappu) is the leader of the Anti-Government Guerrilla group. He is depicted wearing glasses and bravely defends Kaoru when their hideout is attacked by the Senate's Heavy Armed Soldiers. Despite his efforts, managing to take down one soldier with his dual pistols, Cap is ultimately overpowered and killed in the gunfire.
