Blue Electric Eel (アオデンキウナギ, Ao Denki Unagi, 31 & 32): Appears in episodes 31 and 32. Powers include a human disguise, electric bolts from the antennae, and a pair of extendable eel-like arms called the Accordion Arms. Notably, he could control these arms even when detached, something exploited in his second battle against Kikaider. However, these arms are also Blue Electric Eel's greatest weaknesses, causing him great pain when damaged.
