Bijinder (ビジンダー, Bijindā), also known as Mieko (ミエ子), is a female-type android sent by SHADOW to capture Akira and Rumi. She is an advanced autonomous robot, capable of reading the thoughts of other robots from the amount of electricity flowing through their circuits and manipulating electronic brains by emitting control sound waves to cause malfunctions.
Initially under the control of SHADOW, she is influenced by Jiro's Conscience Circuit and begins to develop human-like emotions, including romantic feelings, and starts to act alongside Jiro and the others. However, due to a past incident where Ichiro was almost destroyed, he harbors suspicions.
Although she is introduced to Jiro and the others by Hakaider as a robot, when she later fights against Ichiro, it is implied that she was pretending to be human, despite earlier confirmation of her robotic nature.
