- "Where there is a flower in this world, I spring forth from within the flower and stand against evil!"
- ―Bijinder's catchphrase from episode 41.[src]
Bijinder (ビジンダー, Bijindā), created by the notorious criminal organization SHADOW, is an evil android crafted through the analysis of Kikaider 01's vulnerability towards women and children. Despite her delicate appearance, she possesses unexpected strength and could withstand even the impact of the Zero-One Driver with only minor damage. She possesses unparalleled strength among SHADOW's androids, to the extent that she can go toe-to-toe with 01.
In episode 31, Ichiro, driven by the desire for "at least Jiro to have an equivalent conscience", provided an imperfect conscience circuit (although it could not always resist evil commands). Equipped with this, she subsequently stood alongside 01 to confront SHADOW.
