Big Shadow (ビッグシャドウ, Biggu Shadou) is the great leader of SHADOW. He is overjoyed at the suffering of humans and carries out ruthless operations such as the 10 million murder plan by Computer Black Satan. Initially, only the silhouette appeared, but the main body was revealed in the Episode 20. A monster wearing a black mask and cloak, but its identity is unknown. He shared his fate with SHADOW's base in the final episode.

Big Shadow is voiced by Minoru Midorikawa (緑川 稔, Midorikawa Minoru) from Episode 9 to 19, and portrayed by Nobuo Yana (八名 信夫, Yana Nobuo) from Episode 20 to 46 (final).

- His voice is first heard in episode 8 although he is not actually seen until episode 20 when Jiro found his hiding place while disguised as Hakaider.
